Concentration Up...

Greetings All,

Spend a little time this week continuing to master the art of being able to concentrate for longer periods of time. Take note to how much more you get accomplished by doing so. Agreed?

Live Healthier,

Mark

  1. Good challenge. A lot to be distracted by...some things are imposed....some things are sought after. Creating the space is a must. Thanks for the motivation

Hmm...I am going to examine my area and get rid of distracting items so I can concentrate at the task at hand. Going to see how much time I can save and how much more I can get done.

  3. I have found 2 ways that help me to concentrate on GOD and that improves concentration in all areas. #1. I use a timer. I mediate on GOD'S goodness for 3 minutes, a thanksgiving moment at the end and beginning of each day and put a little pad & pen by me. When "Buy some bread and apples at the store" or "call the repairman" pops in your mind, I write it down and add 10 seconds to my Thanksgiving time... Got that from Joyce Meyers. #2. I play some instrumental Christian Music or Quiet hymns and sit and deep breath to a song or two (thanks Mark). It quiets my mind. #3 Working Suduko, Crossword Puzzles, and Wordsearches also improves concentration and keep your brain young. You just have to remember to take the time to do them. (For those of us that may forget😳, use an alarm to remind yourself to spend time with the LORD, to exercise our brain, and to relax)

  4. Breaking large tasks into smaller sections can help one with conquering tasks that can seem overwhelming! When you complete these smaller tasks,it helps build your confidence when faced with overwhelming projects! Most importantly, with God by your side, nothing is ever to difficult to overcome!
