Maximum Effort Necessary

Greetings All,

Keep in mind that you have to be willing to do ALL that it takes to achieve what you are trying to achieve.  Giving 99.9% effort may not be enough to get you to your goals. Safely push yourself a bit harder in order to finish strong in 2020 and don't forget to say your prayers.

Agreed?

Mark

I understand this to the fullest. The effort I am putting forth is not getting the results I feel I should be seeing. I obviously need to push a bit harder. Prayer is key and I realize my prayer life could be improved. I find myself inundated with other things that’s a distraction not allowing me to pray fervently. This could very well be the problem. Gotta finish strong!!!!!!!!!
God bless and keep you family!!!!!!!!

  2. Thank you for the reminder that "99 and a half won't do". Our goal deserves 100% of our best effort. Sometimes a gentle push is through an encouraging word, scripture, song or prayer with a friend; and is all we need to keep going. 'I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.'

  3. So true...the questions I think about revolves around the 1%. What is really going there? Is it an external or internal factor? Is it a mindset? Is it people, places, or things? Lord helps us in this area of the 1%...grant us wisdom and what we need in this area...help our unbelief In Jesus name Amen

  5. How does one know when he or she is giving 100% versus 99.9% until the task is completed and assessed?
