Maximum Effort

Greetings All,

Be honest with yourself as to whether or not you are truly giving maximum effort towards achieving your goals. Spend more time mastering the art of knowing when to regroup, when to pace yourself, and knowing when to turn your concentration level all the way up.

Agreed?

Live Healthier,

Mark

  1. With me this has alot to do with making sure that I'm being intentional with where I choose to place my focus.

  3. When running a long distance race, it isn't the fastest pace the whole way. It takes wisdom and a steady stride. Thank you for the reminder to approach our goals with a reevaluating wisdom.

Thanks for the reminder to make needed adjustments and evaluate what you learned so far. Then trudge ahead. You may find that you need a different approach. Hmm...

I can sometimes be a hard critic on self. I always seem to think there’s more I can be doing. However, there are times when I just have to trust the process if you will.Everyone says I am ahead of the game in comparison to others, but that doesn’t always sit well with me. My focus is on my goals. Regrouping, pacing yourself and turning up your concentration level is key to maximizing your achievements.
Good reminder bro. God bless and keep you all!

  7. My challenge is that I concentrate so hard on maximum effort in some things that I don’t live in the moment because I am too focused on the end results. Each moment along the way to the goal offers us an opportunity to learn and grow AND to gather a pearl of wisdom about ourselves that can be used in the future.
